The Inrae-AgroParisTech International Centre for Molecular and Physical Gastronomy is in charge of international activities, in collaboration with colleagues from various universities (see the Network)

The Inrae-AgroParisTech International Centre for Molecular and Physical Gastronomy promotes international collaboration in the field of molecular and physical gastronomy, but it also has some specific activities, such as organizing:

  4. The International Contests for Synthetic ("Note by Note") Cooking
