The topic of the 15th contest is  :

"Savory street food: avoid simple gels, and have interesting consistencies"

For this upcoming competition, the jury has announced that it will favor preparations in which any constituent gels are not merely the rudimentary ones obtained simply by adding a gelling agent to an aqueous solution.
